Ground Control

Jan 23–Feb 27, 2021
Galerie Poggi, Paris

Ground Control, a solo exhibition at Galerie Poogi, brings together sculptural and graphic works developed in relation to Paris, Berlin, and New York. The exhibition continues an investigation of urban space through observation, research, and drawing.

The works examine forms of control operating within contemporary cities, from the regulation of land and property to more subtle mechanisms shaping mobility and collective memory. Projects centred on Moritzplatz address the physical and economic forces governing real estate, while works focused on Paris and New York explore how cities are experienced, remembered, and navigated.

Ground Control foregrounds the social and spatial structures that underpin everyday urban life, revealing how power is embedded in the built environment.
