Here the publicly accessible areas of the Neue Kreuzberger Zentrum housing estate in Berlin are reconstructed. Private spaces and the roads themselves are left as empty shafts.

While I use the media of architectural representation such as models and plans to reflect places, my work differs fundamentally from conventions and methods used by architects and urban planners. I employ my own subjective systems to survey public spaces and am interested in revealing the patterns and actions of everyday life that animate and define, co-opt and critique these sites.
