VIEWSHED
This 336-page full-colour hardback in three languages, published by DISTANZ, offers a rich intertextual, discursive space that surveys the last fifteen years of the artist’s practice. The book brings together robust critical texts by international authors Nicole Burisch, Genre et Ville, Shauna Janssen, Fiona Shipwright, and Karen E. Till. These essays and an artist interview with the editor contextualize Larissa’s contemporary art practice through discussions about urban geography, feminism, and geospatial politics.

Building Worlds
Larissa Fassler: Building Worlds is a novel-sized publication developed in conjunction with the artist’s survey exhibition at Kunsthalle Lingen. The book draws its visual language from the fluorescent, low-cost posters that saturate urban environments, advertising erotic conventions, flea markets, and over-30 parties.
Exhibition images appear on white pages, while texts, research material, and fragments of language are printed on green. Notes and slogans from Fassler’s works recur throughout the book, echoing the visual noise of the city and reflecting her work with public space.
